Parliament Visit

A few weeks ago, two school representatives from Year 7,8,9 and 10 attended a debating workshop at the Houses of Parliament with Ms Ryan. We were given a tour of the debating chambers and the our guide pointed out many historical facts about the legal system within the UK. The date of the trip was very poignant given that the visit took place two days before the general election. A student remarked 'The trip was very informative and I now feel very excited about the prospect of being able to vote in a few years time.'
