A Historic Day

Monday 29 October a historical day! For the first time in the history of St Martin's, girls arrived at school, after half term, wearing trousers. We included trousers as part of our new uniform which was introduced September 2017. 

The girls waited patiently for the trousers to be manufactured. It took all this time because we were finally able to have the trousers made using the same fabric as the blazer. Both the blazer and the trousers worn together looks like a smart suit. We are very pleased with the outcome. The girls, who were the trailblazers today can be seen in the photographs wearing trousers for the first time. 

Today will definitely be a day to remember and an event to be added to the history of St Martin's.
