Xīnnián kuàilè

St Martin's celebrated Chinese New Year, the Year of the Pig in style!  As part of our partnership with Confucius, we were able to host performers from China who put on a spectacular show on Thursday 14 February. This included the colourful Lion Dance and stunning Martial Arts. We also listened to music played on some traditional instruments and watched carefully choreographed traditional dancing.  Alongside the show we had a sumptuous Chinese buffet, prepared by our caterers, Harrison's and members of our very own Parent Partnership Group. Xīnnián kuàilè - Happy New Year.
