Remembrance Assembly

On Monday 14th November, the whole school came together for a Remembrance assembly. We also observed a two minute silence and said together the Ode of Remembrance for the fallen by Laurence Binyon.

"They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:

Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.

At the going down of the sun and in the morning

We will remember them."

A Prayer of Blessing

As we come together this morning, we give thanks. This is our school, let peace be found here. Let the classrooms be filled with happiness as we learn together. Let love abide here, love for one another and love for you.

We pray for all the students who have lifted their hearts to you in prayer on our prayer tree, for their family members and friends who are going through a difficult time in their lives. We know you will be with them and give them your love, strength and guidance. We worship you and ask for your blessings always. Amen.
