Founder's Day Service

On Friday 26 May 2017 we celebrated Founder's Day, an annual event where we recognise our history and the founders of St Martin's.

Our service took place in Holy Trinity Church and was led by Rev. Richard Dormandy.  Our theme was "Building and Securing Foundations".  The reading for our service was taken from the book of Corinthians; 1 Corinthians 3:9-15 and the Gospel reading from the book of Luke; Luke 6:46-49.

Year 11, Zainab Gill, addressed the whole school for her final time as Head Girl (2016-2017). She talked about the honour of being part of 318 years of history and the oldest girl's school in the country.

We continue to pray for the ongoing success of St Martin-in-the-Fields High School for Girls, and give thanks to our founders. Amen.
