Awards Scheme for St Martin's intake September 2018

St Martin's is a school where the most talented girls thrive. This year we are launching our new Awards Programme which is an unmissable educational opportunity for girls who show aptitude in the STEM subjects, Music or Sport.

STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) award

As a STEM award winner you will:

• Be given your own mentor from a related area of industry

• Have access to special projects and trips supported by the Awards programme

• Be part of the elite Award Club and receive additional specialist tuition in your field

• Be invited to attend guest lectures as part of the "Da Vinci" lecture series

• Receive a free school uniform

Music award

• Be given your own mentor who works in the music industry

• Have access to special projects and trips supported by the Awards programme

• Be part of the elite Award Club

• Receive tuition on one instrument (or voice) of your choice (worth £360 per year)

• Be invited to attend guest lectures as part of the "Da Vinci" lecture series

• Receive a free school uniform

Sports Leadership award

• Be given your own mentor from a related area of health and fitness

• Have access to special projects and trips supported by the Awards programme

• Be part of the elite Award Club and receive additional specialist tuition in your field

• Be invited to attend guest lectures as part of the "Da Vinci" lecture series

• Be trained as a Sports Leader

• Receive a free school uniform including sports kit

How to apply:

Please fill in the application form on the reverse of this form and return to Mrs Goldsmith at the school by the 29th September.  Interviews will be held during the Open Evening on the 5th October with additional interviews being held on the mornings of the 13th and 17th October. Once you have filled in the application form and sent it to us, we will contact you to let you know the time of the interview and to give you more information about what you will need to prepare for the interview.
