Year 7 project

Year 7 pioneered a new approach to creating independent learners by doing independent research for a non-fiction unit.  Inventive, independent and highly engaging are the adjectives capturing their work. In addition, data indicates that the use of project-based learning had a significant impact on their learning as they significantly outperformed the previous Year 7 students on their end of year exams mean scores.

Congratulation to all the Year 7 students for their motivation, enthusiasm and due diligence.  They have started secondary school with an amazing achievement!  We, the teachers, are very proud and humbled by your brilliance.
