Here at St Martin-in-the-Fields, we are a Christian sixth form, welcoming young adults of all faiths and none. Our small size allows us to offer a unique inclusive provision, encouraging students to become independent thinkers who engage and question the learning process through natural intellectual curiosity, whatever the programme they choose to follow.
For over 300 years we have followed our school motto Caritate et Disciplina – With love and learning. Within our sixth form this manifest itself through our experienced team of staff that ensure students are supported through all of the challenges of Post 16 life. We match this with a high level of individual support, from supervised study sessions to personal academic mentoring, and an excellent range of facilities and resources. Our Sixth Formers have access to dedicated study rooms equipped with computers, as well as access to the library.
Progress is monitored and shared with the students and their parents. We believe this is the environment and structure where students can achieve their potential and develop the study and social skills required for Higher Education and the world of work.
