Science Week

The theme of the British Science Week, which occurred between the 10th and 19th of March this year, was change. In order to prepare our students for leading change in the world of science and technology, a Science Project Competition was held in school. There were many other novel activities in class, such as building towers from newspaper which the students really enjoyed!

Many of the science projects were built or refined during Science Club which is held on Thursday afternoons. The projects ranged from exploding volcanoes to charting the evolution of the human species. The projects demonstrated our students' ability to be innovative and creative and show their deep passion for the sciences. The department would like to take this opportunity to thank parents for supporting their daughters with their science projects. We look forward to next year's competition!
